The SR20 is Nissan's premier 4 cylinder engine. In the highly competitive Japanese 4 cylinder market, the SR20 is right up there fighting at the top end of the scale, being used in a vast array of applications. Circuit racing, drag racing and drifting are some of the places you may see SR20 powered cars and, of course, the street.

The market for billet stroker its for the SR20 is strong, with the potential for greater torque, more power and more revs acting as an enticing prospect. The Nitto SR20 2.2L stroker kit can be seen in many applications in the World Time Attack Challenge and on the drag strip, where strength, reliability, power and revs are of paramount importance. The kit is widely acclaimed and is has been used in the Motive Video World Time Attack S14 for many years now.

The kit consists of our Nitto/CP pistons in 86.5mm/+0.020” and 87mm/+.0.40” bore sizes. These pistons are cut from low silicon content 2618 material in CP’s Turbo HD forging. In addition to these, the pistons are complete with Nitto custom specifications, PVD rings, 9310 gudgeon pins, accumulator grooves and friction reduction grooves.

The connection between our crankshaft and piston is made possible by our V2 connecting rod. Made from double melted forged billet 4340, the V2 features a revised I-beam pocket and CHE pin bushes amongst other features to easily produce 1200hp. These connecting rods come with 7/16 ARP 2000 rod bolts as standard, with the option to upgrade to Custom Age 625+.

Completing the kit is the 4340 billet crankshaft in 91mm stroke. This crankshaft has been purposely designed with strength and high power applications in mind. The crankshafts are an immaculate piece with precision manufactured knife edging to reduce weight and cut through crank case oil mist with ease. This enables the crankshaft to rev freely and easily.
